1 x Caretaker (Permanent)
Grade 3; Scale Points 5-6: £25,583- £25,989 per annum
Permanent, year round, full time (37 hours a week) as follows:-
• During term time: 10:00am – 6:00pm Mon-Thu; 10:15am – 5:45pm Fri
• During school holidays: 8:00am – 4:00pm Mon-Thu; 8:00am -3:30pm Fri

1 x Caretaker (Temporary)
Grade 3; Scale Points 5-6: £25,583- £25,989 per annum
Temporary until the end of the autumn term 2026 initially, with the possibly of an extension up to Easter 2027.
Year round, full time (37 hours a week) as follows:-
• During term time: 6:00am – 2:00pm Mon-Thu; 6:00am – 1:30pm Fri
• During school holidays: 8:00am – 4:00pm Mon-Thu; 8:00am -3:30pm Fri

For both posts, some flexibility will be required to cover out of hours meetings and events, by prior arrangement, and you may also be asked to cover other caretaker hours in absence.
